the Registrar of the High Court Appellate Side suggesting that either the High Court rule should be changed or the Government should be moved to frame a rule for the rturn of the value of the stamp in such cases. I enclose herewith copies of two letters being the correspondence I had with the Registrar Appellate Side of the Hon'ble High Court relating to the refusal by the Collector of Dacca to refund the value of the unused Stamp of the late Babu Bon Behary Saha pleader who died after purchasing the new sanad stamp but before the expiry of his sanad for the'year [...] As the hardship caused by the High Court Rule requiring sanad stamps to be filed before the expiry of the term of the old sanad is obvious I beg most respecfully to represent that either the Rule may be changed or you may be pleased to move the Government to frame a rule for the rturn of the value of the stamp in such cases of death.
