G. A. NATESAN OF the defects in the Report of the Army in India Committee some were the result of the -constitution of the Committee and others were due to the procedure followed by them. [...] A more democratic organization of the Defence Force should no doubt be the ultimate ideal but the creation of companies consisting of members of the educated classes would be the most hopeful method of ensuring the success of the movement.
