[...] The Delegation's conclusion is a categorical rejection of the Muslim League's claim for a partition of India and the creation of two separate sovereign States THE NEW PLAN The new plan which the Cabinet Mission and the Viceroy have announced with the full approval of the British Government contains tile following six points : Firstly there should bo a Union of India embodying both British India [...] On the floor of the Central Legislature tht question is being discussed as one of the most important political issues of the day particularly in connection with the interim report of the Select Committee on the Bretton Woods Agreements.
