We consider that the pupose of social organization—that is the pupose of these rights which we wish to prclaim—is the possibility of the development of the personality within the general framwork of society. [...] These are : i) the identity of the interests of society and the individual and 2) the identity of the rights of the individual with those of society. [...] In his opinion we need to protect the human being not merely from the domination of the collectivity'or of the masses or of the state but also against the over-develoment Of industrial life in which the human being finds himself completely crushed. [...] After the official inauguration a sympsium followed during which the rector of the University made a speech; followed by the Representatives of Poland and the Ukrains Later on the President of the Pax Romana and the representative of the U. S. Catholics also made speeches. [...] The king successfully solves all of them and the Vetala being pleased with the answers discloses to him the cruel plan of the mendicant in which the king himself was to be sacrificed at the end.
