Has any Training College in these provinces a Demonstration School of this nature ? The principal of the Aligarh Training College strongly deplored the absence of such a school and pressed for the introduction of the system of having it as a necessary part of a Training College at the AlAsia Educati [...] An imaginative teacher will seek to relate the new material to the old reveal the need for the mastery of the new lesson and even stimulate the curiosity of the pupils by anticipating in some measure what is contained in the new lessorr. [...] *Further instead of imposing the logically organized material upon the pupil directly as something to be learned in the hope that it will be useful to him some day it would be much more worth while for the teacher to select from the facts of the hook certain that he can relate most easily to the experience of the class and later relate the others to these. [...] Geography may be viewed under the following aspects :— Social aspect.—Under this aspect the underlying points may be notced :—(1) How the natural character of a people is affected by the physical features of the country and by the climate (2) How the nature of the soil may affect the character of the inhabitants.
