The second aspect of the educational problem phich will also help in dealing with the first is to have schools of leadership to produce leaders of thought and action the pioneers of progress and the harbingers of a new era. It is for them to present to the boys the account of persons who by dint of their efforts slow but steady scaled the dizzy height of success who [...] The register work on the closing days of the months and on the fecollection days the issuing of fee-receipts the regular entries in the diaries and the mark-register and progress report-cards and the multifarious extra-curricular activities—all snatch away whatever is left of the well. [...] In English at the lower stage oral drills in the inflexions of the tenses in the active and the passive voices minimize such grammatical errors as are found even in the answer-books of the candidates for the High School Examination.
