In the 18th chapter of the Gila Sri Kvfoa mentions the duties of the four * Control of mind control of the senses undergoing hardship for the sake of duty purity forgiveness straightness of mind and body belief in God the scriptures and the other world knowledge of the sacred lore and knowledge of God based on direct experience—these are the Brithmana's duty born of his own nature ""364 I [...] The Sadhus the householders the officers of the Malh the tenants of the Zamindary the seekers for spiritual guidance the beggars for relief of distress the officials of the Government etc. [...] On all such occasions the distribution of food and clothing and Dakfir:a ( in the form of coins ) to the Sadhus the Pandits and the poor halfstarved men women and children constituted the most essential part of the Pap of the Deity. [...] With regard to the proper use of the Agrarna property Yogiraj Gambhirnath's teaching and conduct indicated that the property of the Deity was really the property of the poor that the Deity enjoyed all things dedicated in His name through their actual enjoyment by the poor that the worship of the Deity in order to be truly fruitful must be embodied in the service of the poor. [...] The whole process of Bhakti comprises of the Triputi of the Upasaka the Upasya and the Upasana—the trichotomy of the worshipper the worshipped and the act of worship and as such from the absolute standpoint belongs to the domain of Maya or Nescience but Maya untainted even by a vestige of Rajas or Tamas but of the nature of pure Sattwa.
