The old method of working of Panchayats detailed recording of farm and other accounts of the cultivtors though highly educative by itself failed to answer the querry as to the specific method followed to raise the economic standard of living of the masses and the contribution that the individual village worker has made to that end other than the gift of nature or otherwise. [...] Those iterested in the promotion of these industries or the activities of the Association should better obtain a copy of the report available from the Secretaries of the Association. [...] All this is more important from the point of view of the reader and the corker than giving the numerical figure of the construction of Panchayatghars. [...] The eternal laws of the Creator supply all sensible people necessary knowledge of moral code through the Shatras the dictates of one's conscience and the precepts of the wise and the learned. [...] The part which is strong should contribute to the strengthening of the whole and on no account be a cause of the weakening of the entire fabric.
