[...] Schoolmasters in particular are invited to make frees use of the correspondence columns of the " Becord" for the intechange of experiences and the mutual elucidation of dffficultiee connected with the management of their schools. [...] D. and seconded by H. M. Birdwood M. A.—That to Regulation 12 be added "provided that during the period intervening between the declarations of the results of the examination for the degree of Bachelor of Laws and the examintion for Honours in Laws be have attended lectures in some school or schools of law recognised by the University." Carried unanimously.
