During the Kumbhaka the pause the breath is technically held up in the region between the eybrows the current of the Sushumni rises up the spinal canal its continuation in the medulla the ith vetricle the aqueduct of Silvius the third ventricle and the conarium. [...] During the pipe (Kumbhaka) we take this breath or the vibration which represents it to the pineal gland where it meets the Sushumnit current which has simultaneously risen to thelsame point and brings a portion of the mixed current down the third ventricle the infundibulum to the uvula and down to the centre of the thoracic cavity the guha of the heart the downward movement being associa [...] What is the difference between (1) the matter of the subdivisions of the mental and astral planes (2) the Elemental Essence of the mental and astral planes (3) the Elemental Kingdoms of the mental and astral planes and (4) Jhe artificial elementals of these same planes ? Kindly make clear the difference in the action of the Third Logos acting first in the manifestation of the universe and the [...] The subdivisions of the astral and mental planes are the result of what is technically called the First Life-Wave the activity of the Third Logos in the preparation of the materials for the universe which is to come into being. [...] The Elemental Kingdoms simply denote the different divisions of the Elemental Essence upon the mental and astral planes the First Elemental Kingdom referring to that of the Arupa levels of the mental plane the second to that of the Rupa levels and the third to that of the astral plane.
