Justice Rampini was appointed a Fellow of the Cacutta University and for two years 1890-1901 was the President of the Faculty of Law and a member of the Syndicate. [...] As an American Judge has observed In every case the question must be whether the exercise of the power of the Court is demanded to subserve the ends of justice ; and unless the Court is satisfied that it is right in every respect it refuses to interfere.
