Justice Rampini was appointed a Fellow of the Cacutta University and for two years 1890-1901 was the President of the Faculty of Law and a member of the Syndicate. [...] As an American Judge has observed In every case the question must be whether the exercise of the power of the Court is demanded to subserve the ends of justice ; and unless the Court is satisfied that it is right in every respect it refuses to interfere. [...] When such notice calls upon the tenant to quit land at the end of the agricultural year in which it is given but the suit not brought till after the expiry of the following agricultural year the suit maintainable. [...] Where however the notice calls upon the tenant to quit at the end of the icultural year in which it is given and the suit is instituted at the end of t year it must be dismissed as premature because the cause of action must complete before the plaint is filed. [...] 1 and the plaintiff failed to obtain possession of his share of the property; The plaintiff sued for recovery of proportionate share of the money covered Ix.
