And as a matter of fact the Commercial Law Committee of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce under the presidency of Sir Percy Woodhouse moved recently in the matter and gave it a practical scope by resolving that they would invite some eminent authority to address them upon the subject to furnish effective guidance for undertaking the task.
