The date to be fixed for the hearing of the appeal shall be the 21st day after the date on which the time for the service of the notices expires provided that if such day be a Sunday or holiday the first open day next following shall he the date fixed for the hearing. [...] The cost of printing shall be deposited immediately 'on the expiry of one-half of the time prescribed by sub-rule (1 S) :or the preparation of paper-books such time to be computed from the date of the deposit by the Appellant and the Respondent of the amount of the other items of their estimates. [...] The Respondent shall also deposit the cost of printing immediately on the expiry of one-half of the time prescribed by surule (r8) for the preparation of paler-books such time to be coputed from the date of the deposit by the Respondent of the amount of the other items of the estimate. [...] XXVIII recently raised whether in computing the time allowed the whole of the period from the date of the application for the cony till the date when the copy is ready should be excluded or only that period less the time taken in supplying the folios required for the copy. [...] Under Rule 25 page ro7 ibid a note is made on the ck of the copy of the date of giving the information under Rule 7 and also of the dates-of supplying the requisite stamps and folios and of the delivery of the copy.
