I have indicated in my previous articles that this is to a great etent the result of the attempt on the part of the Calcutta University to interfere too much with the course of reading of the student. [...] During' the Moghul rule none but the scions of the imperial family and the omraks of the highest rank were allowed to use it in the. treets of Delhi.
