Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel the Deputy Prime Minister inaugurated the conference and on the occasion were present the Rajpramukh and the Uprajpramukh of Madhya Bharat Union of States and the Ministers and high officials of the Government of India and of a number of provinces and States and States' Unions.
