There is no Proof of separate receipt of property found in the possession of the appellant at one and the same time: Of the receipt of the stolen property the appellaA has already been convicted and he could not. [...] On the above grounds I set aside the order of the lower Court and in terms of section 476 B of the Code of Criminal Procedure direct the withdrawal of the complaint made against Chedi Lal under section 193 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Additional Sessions Judge of Sitapur.
