If the object of the University is to foster the ideals of culture and learning if its object is to establish love and truth if its aim is to build up a nation then the teachers who pursue the holiest and noblest profession who are the silent and unassuming leaders in the work of national regeneration must be brought to the forefront and helped out of their difficulties.
