The inner toe is the shortest the second is double the length then comes the fifth then the third and the fourth is longest being fully one-fourth longer than the third. [...] The thumb and inner too are the shortest ; the second finger is double the length of the first tho fifth is sub-equal to the second and the fourth is about one-fifth longer than the third. [...] The specimen measures 16 inches of which the tail is 13i inches ; the colour is uniform bright green the orbit the extreme margins of the labials the tympan.ump a spot behind the same and the whole of the sides black ; posterior part of the tail brownish. [...] All Nicobar siecimens are bright green some of thorn bright yellow on the head and neck the occipital skin tympanum and sometimes a spot on the top of the head behind the rostrum are black ; the gular sack bright brick red agparently in the male and abOut four-fifth of the posteriorportion or the tail is reddish brown. [...] The thumb is the shortest then comes the fifth finger which is half the lqngth of the fourth th8n the second and the third and fourth are sub-equal the last being slightly longer.
