In compliance with the instructions of the Provincial of Goa Monserrate had kept a diary during his stay of two years and a half in Mogor. [...] The butler and the kitchen-servants bring them up to a certain place where they are taken up by women.' 1 " I doubt the correctness of the translation about the arrow turning in the air.
