Dare we hope that out of the recognition of human frailty and fallibility out of the sight of the awe-inspiring panorama of our nation strugling at once in the throes of death and potential rebirth will come a real transformation in the hearts and minds of those who survive and who have in various ways contributed to the previous stagnation of their country ? The latter range from the drones [...] (2) Where on such reference the opinion of the majority of the voters is found to be in favour of throwing the temple open to persons belonging to excluded castes the trustees shall publish in the prescribed manner an order to the effect that the temple shall thereafter be o pen to persons belonging to excluded castes.
