The ancient outlook respected the laws of morals and would be satisfied with the fulfilment of moderate demends; but the present one casts the school of morals to the four winds and has made the worship of Plutus the summum bonum of life. [...] Among nomads may be included the Khirkis of the great grass lands or steppes of South East Europe and the ditrict east of the Caspian Sea the red Indians of N. America the Eskimo fishers and the wandering Arabs of Arabia and the Sahara. [...] The agonized effusions of Radha at her separation or the buoyant jubilations at reunion have been outpaced by the poet of the Kheya in the universalisation of the.heme and sentiments echoing the lonings of the soul for the oversoul bearing a inherently fundamental mutual attraction. [...] The success of the education of the village girls in theory and practice depends on the right building of teachers and the right attitude of the government for the utilization of the raw materials in boys and girls. [...] The authorities and the organizers must be influenced by the local conidtions and environments for the satisfaction of the immediate needs in the light of the experiences of the world.
