[...] Introduction In this paper I have attempted a presentation in non-technical language of the elements of the science of Statistics the technique of Quality Control the inter-relation between Statistics and Quality Cotrol as well as the use of Statistical Methods and the Technique of Quality Control. [...] A CORRECTION We very much regret that the name of Shri K. M. Patel was omitted from the list of members of the Managing Committee of the Textile Association (1950-51) published in the July-September 1950 issue of The Textile Digest.
