Jurisdiction.—For the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction coferred on it by this Chapter the Tribunal may pass such interim and final orders as the circumstances may require including orders for the payment subject to the provisions of this Chapter of costs ; and it shall be the duty of the Central Government the Provincial Government or the Government of an Acceding State (as the case [...] (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foreging power such rules may provide for— (a) the preparation of panels of assessors ; (b) the terms and conditions of the appointment of assessors ; (c) the award of costs by the Tribunal ; (d) the reference of any question to a member or officer of the Tribunal or any other person appointed by the Tribunal for report after hol [...] (2) Every scheme prepared under susection (1) shall contain the following particulars namely.- (i) the objects of the schem ; (ii) details of the area to be covered by the scheme ; (iii) the work or kind of work to be can ied out under the scheme ; (iv) the agency or agencies through which the work shall be carried out ; (v) the approximate estimateu cost of the scheme and the method of fina [...] Contribution by owners of other land benefiting by work.—Where under the scheme any work is carried out by the owner of by the Land Development Commissioner at the expense of the owner and the work is in the opinion of the Board likely to benefit any other land in the irea covi r-d"8 THE DELHI AND A1MEMERWARA LAND DEVELOPMENT ACt 1948.
