* Note by the compiler of the Report— Of the five Volumes of the original Report mentioned here the first Volume was sent up in February 31 the second and third Volumes in April and the last two in October of the same year. [...] Government of Switzeland is organised to further the interests and Few natural resouconserve the welfare of the ordinary man The ces: the people the chief asset. [...] During the Great War Geneva became the clearing-house for the correspondence of prisoners of war as well Geneva—the heaquarters of the League as of other movements for the mitigation of the of Nations: or the horrors of strife. [...] While in a general way the above is similar to our Kala—Bhavan Diploma Course in this branch the style of teaching owing to both the pupils and the teachers being of a higher (average) level of intelli-11 gence is far superior ; and the resultant training at the conclusion of the three years' period is much more substantial than what is achieved in the corresponding course of study in Kala-Bhav [...] " It is also stated that the members of the Advisory sub-committee for this section composed of industrialists of acknowledged superiority pay periodical visits to inspect and criticise the works completed by the pupils and see that the progress of the school in no way falls behind the needs of the industry.
