A Collection of Acts Passed by the Governor General in Council in the Year 1870

WHEREAS it is expedient to remove the territory known as the Agror Valley from the jurisdiction of the tribunals established under the general Regultions and Acts and to provide for the administration of justice and the collection of revenue in the said territory ; It is hereby enacted as follows :— 1. This Act may be called The Agror Valley Act 1870." 2. [...] Where the amount of mesne profits is left to be ascertained in the course of the execution of the decree if the profits so ascertained exceed the profits claimed the further execution of the decree shall be stayed until the difference between the fee actually paid and the fee which would have been payable had the suit comprised the whole of the profits so ascetained is paid.
