WHEREAS it is expedient to remove the territory known as the Agror Valley from the jurisdiction of the tribunals established under the general Regultions and Acts and to provide for the administration of justice and the collection of revenue in the said territory ; It is hereby enacted as follows :— 1. This Act may be called The Agror Valley Act 1870." 2. This Act shall come into operation on the first day of March 1870 in regard to all cases pending or liable to appeal in the Courts of the Tahsildar of S ulttinpnr 18701 Sulks Sub-dim 7 gultanydr the Tahsfldfir of Plach the Nee of Lahoul and the Nono of Spiti on that date and shall remain in force until the-thirtitth day of April 1873 and in the case of any appeal preferred before the thi [...] Government of India certain securities and monies depoSited in the.Nigh Courts of Judicature at Port William Madras and Bombay and in the Supreme Court of the Straits' Settlement and the proceeds of certain estates in the charge of the*tdmisistrator General of Bengal) or under section -sixty of the Adrikinistrator. [...] Where the amount of mesne profits is left to be ascertained in the course of the execution of the decree if the profits so ascertained exceed the profits claimed the further execution of the decree shall be stayed until the difference between the fee actually paid and the fee which would have been payable had the suit comprised the whole of the profits so ascetained is paid.
