Should a licensee or lessee be unable to come to terms with the occupier he may apply to the rocmota manager of the estate if the property be in the Chota Nagpur division to and move the Deputy Commissioner to authorize the acquisition of the land athal under section 50 of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy Act 1908 ; - or if the property be in Santhal Parganas the licensee or lessee may apply to th [...] The maps should show-the scale and the points of shown in the compass and should bear the date of the appli ation and the signature of maps. [...] Rupees 100 at the time of making the application and the balance if any upon receipt of the Board's sanction and before the execution of the license. [...] District Officer may require the licensee to disclose all in formation acquired by the licensee in the course of the operations under the license regarding the minerals contained in or under or the geological formation of any part of the lands covered by the lic-ense. [...] With the application should be submitted a report of the prospecting done by the applicant in the area covered by his prospecting license giving particulars of the prospecting done and the way in which it has been done the particular areas examined the minerals found and the estimated ore content of the deposits ascertained.
