SIR/ MADAM I have the honour to inform you that the ensuing Higher Grade Schools' Final Examination and the Higher Grade Schools' Scholarship Examination will be held on Monday the 3rd December 1928 and the following days and to request you to be good enough to send in the names of the candidates of your school and the subjects they will offer for their examination in the respective forms forw [...] 5. Any attempt at disorder of any kind as the candidates are either entering or leaving the examination-room or while the canddates are awaiting the distribution of the question-papers or the colletion of the answer-papers will render the culprit liable to expulsion from the examination. [...] The desks should be arranged according to the plan which the Superintendent has received.* The plan is to be preserved and returned to the Inspector at the close of the examinations. [...] *At the Calcutta Centre the desks and seats of candidates will be arranged by this office.9 The candidates should be admitted into the room on Monday the 3rd December about 15 minutes before the time advertised for the distribution of the first paper. [...] At the close of each sitting morning and afternoon all the answers shown up should be made up in one packet and sealed up in the examination-room.* On the outside of each packet the name of the subject the number of answer-books contained therein and the name -of the centre of examination should be written.
