Every contributory or creditor of the company shall be entitled on application to the Court or to the attorney of the petitioner to be furnished with a copy of the petition within twenty-four hours after requiring the same on pament to the Court of the usual court-fees or to the attorney of the usual charges. [...] all the payment of moneys received by him into Court or into the Imperial Bank moneys and of India or the branch thereof nearest to the principal securitiesplace of business of the company or in the case of a District Default of Court into that Court to the account of the official liquidator payment of the company within seven days next after the receipt into Bank.
