I attended the meeting of the Advisory Board of the Imperial Council of Agricultural Research at Delhi held in November 1938 and served as4member of the Animal Diseases and Animal Nutrition Sub-Committees of that Body. [...] Scholarships.—Of the 9 Government Scholarships attached to the.College 3 scholarships were vacant two scholars having graduated and left and one scholarship was withdrawn as the scholar failed at the Annual Examination and these were awarded to the three new students in Class A. Two scholars left the College during the course of the year. [...] of the Imperial Council of Agricultural Research and funds were allotted towards the end of the year. [...] The energies of the Department will be directed towards investigation into the causation and the application of preventive and curative treatment of the diseases of livestock and the training of men desirous of taking to the Veterinary profession as a livelihood. [...] The Report deals with the Equine diseases scheduled under the Glanders and Farcy Act within the Town and Island of Bombay B.andra Municipality and Bombay Harbour and with the work connected with the Live Stock Importation Act.
