Spec-Pal general meetings shall be convened by the Secretary either on order from the Committee or upon a requisition signed by one-tenth of the members of the Society or from the Registrar and shall be held as soon as possible after the receipt of such order or requisition and at the place and time of the general meetings of the Society unless the Committee fix any other place or time of meeting.
