The Board ordered—of the record-of-rights by reducing the rent payable by the second grade tenure-holder to the first grade tenure-holder in view of the fact that the former bears all the charges for protective work of the area subject to the condition that the reduced rent will only remain valid so long as the first grade tenure-holder's rent remains mokarari.
