The Bengal Tenancy Act 1885 (VIII of 1885) does not affect any enactment regulating the procedure for the realization of rents in estates under the management of the Court of Wards—see section 195(b) of Act VIII of 1885. [...] Act PH of 1913) to arrears of rents or of other demands recoverable as rent in the case of property under the charge of the Court of Wards see section 3 (6) and Schedule of the former Act. [...] And all persons and properties° which at the comencement of this Act are under the charge of the Colector by virtue of an order of the Civil Court under section 11 of Act XXXV of 1858 or under section 12 section 14 or section 21 of Act XL of 1858 shall from such commencement be deemed to be under the charge of the‘Court of Wards. [...] Note 1.—The estate of a lunatic was brought under the management of the Court of Wards by order of the Civil Court under section 9 of Act XXXV of 1858. [...] When the Court of Wards withdraws from the charge of such property it shall publish in the manner provided in section 64A a notice of the terminatoin of the charge and thereupon subject to the provisions of clause 3 of section 23— (a) such charge shall terminate with effect from the date fixed in accordance with the provsions of section 65; (b) the owner of the said property shall be restored
