The diagram sent in advance of the report compares the inundation of 1914 with those of the previous two years and with the average of the previous ten years. [...] The following table shows the principal features of the year as compared with the previous year and with the averages of the previous three and the previous ten years :— Average of 10 years including 1913. [...] As in the case of the Sukkur Canal the decrease in the duty and increase in the delta is attributed to dispropotionate increases in the average discharge and the net area irrigated. [...] The decrease in the duty and increase in the delta is attributed to disproportionate increases in the average discharge and the net area irrigated and to the protratacted period the canals were in flow. [...] The principal irrigation works in this Division are the Desert Canal the Unharwah the Begari the Mahiwah the Sukkur Canal the Ghar and the Sattah.
