Report on the Rail-borne Trade of the Bombay Presidency Exclusive of Sind for the official year 1913-14

The transactions in rice not in husk receded by 19.13 L. M. owing to shorter receipts from the Central Provinces into the Bombay Port ; from Sind Bihar the United Provinces and the Central Provinces into Gujarat from the Central Provinces into the North Deccan and from Madras into the West Deccan and the Southern Maratha Country. [...] The decrease in the case of the Presidency occurred in the supplies received by the United Provinces and Rajputana from Gujarat and by the Nizam's territory from the East Deccan.
