M. for the following purposes :- (1) To receive and pass the Directors' Report and the audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 1949. [...] REPORT by the Directors of THE KALITI TEA COMPANY LIMITED to be made to the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held at the Office of the Company No. [...] We report that we have audited the Balance Sheet of THE KALITI TEA COMPANY ' MIMS : U. at 31st December 1949 and above set forth and the annexed Revenue and Profit and Loss Accounts for the year ended 31st December 1949 with the Books and Accounts as kept in Calcutta in which are incorporated the certified returns from the garden and have obtained all the information and explanations we ha [...] In our opinion such Balance Sheet and Revenue and Profit and Loss Accounts are drawn up in conformity with the law and the Balance Sheet exhibits a true and correct view of the state of the Company's affairs according to the best of our information and the explanations given to us and as shown by the books of the Company.
