The Isa Bheel Tea Company Limited (Cachar) Report by the Directors 31st December 1949

To both these gentlemen to the Indian Staff and labour force I desire to record grateful thanks for all they have done and in so expressing the appreciation of the Board I naturally include the Company's Agents in India and the Secretaries in London. [...] The Accounts which accompany give full details and I have no comment to offer except to say that it is encouraging to he able to record that the Board feel justified in asking you to confirm that the total distribution on the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company shall be the same as for 1948 viz. [...] We have examined the above Balance Sheet and annexed Profit and Loss and Approp'4iat In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations give manner so required and the Balance Sheet gives a true and fair view of the state of the Company' view of the profit for the year ended on that date WINCHESTER HOUSE LONDON E. C.2. [...] in us the said accounts give the information required by the Companies Act 1948 in the s affairs as at 31st December 1949 and the Profit and Loss Account gives a true and fair W. A. BROWNE & CO. [...] for the following purposes :— To receive and pass the Directors' Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st December 1949 To declare a Dividend To elect a Director To fix Auditors' remuneration and to transact the ordinary business of the Company.
